Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 1 - 2 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
If your order includes items which are backordered, we do not split the order automatically. We will ship your order as soon as all ordered items are back on stock. Please contact our customer service if you prefer a partial shipment.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All our prices are indicated in Euro including the legal VAT (value added taxes).
International customers (outside the EU) must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Contact your local government for specific details.

Delivery time is 3-7 working days to most European countries. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
